Ursus ensures an anti-corrosion warranty and excellent aesthetic and functional characteristics for all the parts produced. To implement external treatments on the pieces, Ursus relies on certified partners.

Treatments applied to our parts obtain a very high resistance to corrosion: from the 480 hours of the DACROMET finish to the 720 hours for the Zn/Ni treatment, to the 960 hours for the Delta Tone/Delta Seal coating.

The Zinc Nickel alloy deposits constitute the most innovative technology for the protection of metal surfaces as they confer an excellent resistance to corrosion to the parts, even if exposed to a thermal shock. For this reason, this type of treatment is widely used in the AUTOMOTIVE sector.

Other coating processes we utilize are painting, cataphoresis and anodizing.

Lastly, our products are also subject to thermal treatment, in other words, all of those operations of cooling and heating aimed at increasing the hardness and strength of the alloys.
