The components’ assembly is a very delicate phase, where all the parts from the previous processes are put together with the aid of transfer, automatic and semi-automatic machineries and welding machines.

For the component to have minimal defects, it is important for each piece to tend to perfection. For this reason, pieces are 100% checked, one by one through control machines.

Each verification is implemented inhouse. Some are outsourced, but only to reliable partners as our goal is to strive for continuous improvement.
