Ursus S.p.A. is an Italian company specializing in precise manufacturing. Our fathers started machining metals for cycling, automotive, hydraulic and household appliances 50 years ago. They taught us the value of expertise and how Passion is the essence of the finest projects.
Ursus was founded in 1967 thanks to a forwardthinking intuition by Sergio Ferronato: the first quick release seat clamp.
An innovation in the field of cycling and the first instrumental step for a company that, throughout the years, has been able to go the distance, embracing, in the late 80s, the automotive, household appliances and hydraulic sectors.
Over the years, the company has become a leader in the sector of cold extrusion of metals, in the manufacturing of parts in tube and the molding of sheet metal components.
This challenge was later continued by son Mirko, who has made Ursus a company able to join past and present, experience and innovation.
